I have to transplant some plants this weekend. I am wondering how I can reduce the shock that my plants suffer when I do this.

I try to do a couple of things – firstly I try to minimise any damage to the roots I do while moving the plant. The second thing I usually do is give them a good watering with some diluted seaweed solution.
