Members
Through our website; www.icultivate.net, members have the opportunity to participate in a Social Networking environment. In order to provide these services we ask members for some personal information. This information is used for:
- providing the most suitable service for members.
- administrative and direct communication purposes
- continual improvement of our services.
What sorts of personal information do we ask for?
- Identifying and contact information (name, address, phone, email, DOB etc). Some of this is optional.
As a member of iCultivate, you have full control over the visibility of your personal information. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have applied the necessary settings to your personal information so that it is only visible to those who you allow.

iCultivate will not disclose this information to anybody outside the organisation except as specified in this policy, or as required by law. We will not release this information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Deletion
As a member, you may delete your profile at anytime. Profile deletion will result in the removal of most of your personal data, including contact details, photographs etc. Profile deletion can be accessed via the Account tab on your iCultivate User Profile page.
Should you wish to either request or confirm that all of your personal data has been removed from the iCultivate database, please contact us using the following form and provide the details of your request:
Confirmation of the deletion of all of your personal data will be provided by reply email.
Data Security
This information is only available to those authorised by iCultivate who need access to the information in order to perform their role/s specific to the reliable and secure functioning of the iCultivate website.
iCultivate and its online hosting provider maintains up-to-date computer and network security systems with appropriate firewalls, encryption technology and passwords to protect electronic copies of personal information.
If we no longer require your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it in a secure manner. This is subject to any legal obligations we have to keep information for a certain period of time. Alternatively, should you wish to delete your own account, you may either do so yourself or contact us in order to request that the account is removed. Please note that your account will be removed, but there may remain some details relating to your own activities and communications with other members of the community. For example, messages that you sent to other members of the community.

iCultivate makes every effort to ensure information collected is accurate and up-to-date. We encourage you to help us by telling us immediately if you change your contact details.
Data Storage
iCultivate servers and therefore data, may be located in multiple locations within Australia and/or the United States of America.

Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
